Our plot has rock close to the surface. Is that a problem?
Not usually, but it changes the groundwork. Rock may need breaking out, or the levels adjusted to work around it, and that affects cost — which is why we check the ground before quoting rather than after starting.
Can a college or hostel turf be used late into the night?
